'Color issues' :- Color may slightly vary due to digital photography and strictly no exchange or return for color variations.
'Border issues' :- Also, no exchange/return for border line change as raw materials change every time.
'Quality issues' :- No return or exchange because it is according to different people's perspectives.
'Threading issues' :- Small thread pulls, minor thread pulls, thread missing, saree edge's thread missing, small zari cuts, small miss print in handloom sarees/old age weaved sarees/traditional sarees are common as they are handmade so they are not treated as damages.
'Smudge issues' :- Hand woven, hand dyed, dried on river banks so small smudges might appear and they are not considered as damage as they are the charm of some cotton sarees. ZARI compress marks might appear during startching process and they are also, not considered as damage.
'In case of Quilting:-
'Perfection/Precision issues' :- Our products are made by hand, small imperfections/differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended. No two similar products are identical.
Damages/Defects
